I agree. If its not filed today, the fun is over. People can give all the hype and examples they want of how "taking an E" right now is not a bad thing, but they are only kidding themselves. If nothing else, it shows what management is really made of. That will most definately be the last straw for many investors, including myself.
If its filed today, like it should be, there is no issue.
