it just means they are late in filing and I believe they have 30 days to comply or move to the pinks

They lose tens of thousands of investors because its the stupidest possible thing they could do to show they have a total lack of respect for investors, driving the share price down to single digits once again...

But technically they get a grace period of 30 days to file the required 10k and afterwards it will be removed. If they still do not file it within that time, they get delisted from the OTCBB
