that's non consignment, a PO is for product their customers buy (payment terms may vary, 15-30-45-60 days).. consignment is product still owned by Expo, then when sold by their customers Expo gets paid.. I've never heard where Expo supplies on consignment..

consignment agreements usually suck, it creates huge inventory required/owned by the mfg (supplier) and often warehoused by their customers..

hopefully Expo will never have the need to ship/sell under those terms..

Do we even know if he has an order yet to argue when "we" think he would get paid? Do we even know how this new product is being distributed?

Were all those below bid sells raising money for launch?

I hope the longs run this to $1 today....5k shareholders need only 140k each...several have more than 1 mil...anything is possible depending on conviction....
