Well the accumulation and chart sure make it look like someone wants more shares and at the .04 reisitance at the 200 day M/A. If we can break out above .04 we could see .08 IMO.
The last time the price moved up like this it was because they were getting ready to announce something (the sale of Mineral Ridge). Looks like history may be about to repeat itself. Let's face it, there's nothing in the fundamentals that should have caused this much of a swing.
The only question is will the news be good or bad. As with the sale of Mineral Ridge, sometimes the answer isn't black or white.
