Yes, the massive post-RS A/S could be for a large post-Nasdaq FS. Then again, they could have explained that or they could have put the A/S at 9mm until they get to Nasdaq.
To me, this was purely to shake loose their shareholders. And the question in my mind is how far they will push this shaking of the tree.
