Are you still holding your VXX? It is currently 51.60 and I haven't seen Bigworld posting about his forecast in a while.

The news release on Aug 21st stated that there would be a hearing within 45 days. That carries us into October. Lets hope we have sleep apnea data or other news that will make this a non issue.

I don't think the share price can go much lower. It's already priced for liquidation and no good news.

If COR goes on the pink sheets, it's actually a good thing because it will be rife for manipulation and from this level, the obvious manipulation is up.

Food4, In the Aug 21 press release they said they were planning to appeal the decision, and request a hearing before the qualifications listing panel. The hearing is anticipated to be scheduled within 45 days of the hearing request.

So it sounds like this appeals process probably takes longer than our timeframe for the partnership deal or MA, plus a partnership would presumably prompt another re-evaluation due to the cash infusion Cortex would receive. And of course in the case of a MA/buyout, the delisting outcome wouldn't matter either way.
