casa, there are multitudes of excuses as to why the permit is not obtained as yet. including, but not limited to:

asbestos testing
deep hole testing
securing the property
filing some nonsense with the dept. of labor
making to scale drawings of a building that is being knocked down

so, no permit,= no money for BCND = .0001 shareprice, shortly.

casa, this was just posted last Thursday. The ink is still wet. Regardless demolition is RRDs problem not ours. jmo

As to the demolition application, we submitted the application with a check to the Township. At the second hearing on the matter, Township officials advised our President that they are not processing demolition permits but that a demolition permit was required from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor. To date, we have not received a formal response from the Township and they have not returned our check. It is not understood why they would falsely claim that they did not receive an application. Similarly, a progress report was provided to the Township Commissioners and a second report was provided by our legal counsel to Hempfield's legal counsel. Again, it is not clear as to what the motivation of Hempfield Township is to contiually provide false information.

I understand from the emails from the company someone posted here that the comment to the newspaper was false and that Rick did submit a permit to Hempfield Township.
