i was pretty much in agreement with you as far as it being RRD's problem.

i've changed my mind now. its BCND's problem. no permit issued to RRD/ANYONE = no money for BCND = continual drop in shareprice.

so, after all, BCND feels the pain.

The Statement from the company about the Permits. Correct me if i'm wrong BCND filed for Permits through The township. The Township stated they don't process PERMITS the Dept. of Labor does. So now BCND or whoever is going to do the demolation is still waiting for the Township to process the PERMITS???? They submitted a request to the wrong place????? Like i said Correct me if i'm wrong. One more question How Long does it take to get a permit for demolation. Right now per that letter it sounds like they are still waiting for the Township to process the request for PERMIT.
