which means that etrade considers this stock no more of a risk to trade then any other penny stock. So why TD won't allow transfers of SPNG to come into them, i have no idea. obviously they have there own set of rules.
I use 4 different brokers to trade because of WHIMS of one is not always the WHIM of the others.
