What does today's 8K mean?
Exactly what it says...that simultaneous with the r/s, the A/S will decrease to 300M + Preferreds + Class B's. No mystery there.
And, the more we read the PR's and listen to the Noble Conf, the more we should understand that there are no hidden meanings, no conspiracies, no nothing other than what the company says.
A few catch phrases from today's PR regarding the 8K...
"...right decision for company's long-term interests..."
"...current and prospective investors..."
"...gradually establish company as global player..."
They have made it clear that they have outgrown the OTCBB, in many ways...from revenue growth to rampant NSS manipulation to vulture-like penny ante daytraders to weak-kneed investors. THEY WANT OUT!!
And who can blame them? If I was to ever have an idea for a startup business, I would NOT become a public penny stock. I would hope enough private investors believed in my idea until such time that the company grew enough to take public on NYSE or NASDAQ, if that was my desire.
Who needs this kind of headache while trying to run a company? All they wanted and needed was public funds to grow a company into what it has now become.
I have owned many different stocks on many different exchanges, and have never seen the type of out cry over an uptick or downtick that we see here.
The company believes it has now found a way to draw a line in the sand...get in or get out. Soon, there will be no more fence-straddling.
I hope everyone makes a lot of money before SPNG moves up...and it will. Then, make your choice...take the money and run or stick with them for gradual and continued growth.
