i have no theory,because i don't work for TD or the compliance dept. i would also like to know why...not in theory, but actual facts as to why they have the shares flagged as "risky". maybe we will find out more as we go.
people just need to pay attention or see if their brokerages are doing the same thing or it is something isolated to TD
