the pace appears to have slowed even more; before it was $1 million in 14 months (have minimum 12 month window for this type of 504)...

current pace would take like 20+ months to raise $1 million.....

No, they sold $102,500 in 3 months... Not 40 days.

At this rate the 504 offering will last longer than 1 year, like the last one did.

$35,000 raised per month X 12 = $420,000 over a year

We've been expecting the full $1,000,000 to be raised over 12 months, so this is much better than we've been speculating on... Less than half.
