Don't think you want to use Zecco. Have a friend that uses their brokerage firm, I told him about a stock to purchase and he couldn't get to his account to purchase shares for several hours, guess you get what you pay for.
I'm using zecco at the moment for penny stock. I'm not too sure how fast the execution is though. I've only placed order before the market open so far. Once it does open, my order get filled within like 30 seconds. Other people say they experience a slight delay, but maybe the 30 second is the delay? Well anyways, it's pretty good if you haven't tried it.
i have a cash account with zecco, and i never had a problem buying any penny stock with them. i've done both market and limit orders. the limit orders sometimes take a minute or two, but i'm sure that's the same with other brokers.
only downside with zecco is the basic tools (charting, quotes) are weak. there of course is free level 1 real time, but no level 2.
