How does anyone know who is selling and who is buying. Heck 1 person could be swapping shares for all we know. No one knows the O/S because the TA is gagged and the company can't find where it left the 10k.
In the penny stock world. When a company does a R/S its usually check mate for the shareholders....
Remember come September 23 you'll have a 100th of the number of shares you once had... and the A/S will still be 300 million
