That's possible. For my own guess, I'll say that GE will experience the same direction of movement as the general market.

I think the general market will experience a correction this October, a terrible month for the stock market in general. I think it will be particularly severe this October, considering the incredibly strong move the market has made since this spring.

The fact is, many have said that the "second wave" of defaults (particularly in the commercial paper sector - which involves GE) will happen sometime this fall. I think this will help correct the market...and GE will fall some too. Although, as GE has resisted the wild market up-swing experienced in the last 6 months.....I think GE will resist falling too hard.

Or at least I hope so!

As I have said, I will be a buyer of the stock if it falls too low, as I believe that in 3-5 years this will all be behind us and GE will once again be a $30-$40 a share stock....with dividends finally rising to again reward the shareholders.
