MSC.Software Announces CFO Resignation- Boolish?????

SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MSC.Software Corp. (NYSE: MNS - News), today announced that Louis Greco, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, has resigned as an officer of the company to pursue other opportunities.

On September 23, 2004, Louis Greco resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of MSC.Software Corporation (the "Company"). The Company has retained an executive recruitment firm and has initiated a search for a new chief financial officer. Frank Perna, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will take responsibility for corporate financial matters during the interim period. Mr. Greco has agreed to be available to assist in the transition.
