(OTC Bulletin Board: VDWB), a pioneer in the emerging broadband media device market, announced today it will be showcasing its exciting MediaREADY(TM) 4000 digital media center at Digital Hollywood, September 27-29, 2004 at the Santa Monica Beach Hotel, Santa Monica, CA. The MediaREADY(TM) 4000, a consumer electronics device the size of a DVD player, combines DVD/MPEG-1/MPEG-2/MPEG-4 playback with a media jukebox, web browser, karaoke, gaming, email and much more, and is one of the first true platform products in the long-awaited home entertainment convergence marketplace.

Connectivity options, including Ethernet 10B/100BT wired and PCMCIA wireless connections as well as USB 2.0 and 1394 connectors, enable the MediaREADY(TM) 4000 to download, play, and manage digital entertainment from any source including the Internet.
