Cash don't know but on Nasdaq at say $10 that is only a 50 million market cap. I am told o/s is 500 million so 1 for 100 makes o/s 5 million.

So clearly on Nasdaq it can support a higher price. ON OTCBB where people don't look to pay $'s per share not as much.

c,let me get this right spng after the r/s will virtually have no float 500-700 million divide by 100 = 5-7 million shares.Most own buy rme,directors,signature fund etc.Sales/orders are going through the roof.2008/5 MILLION$+,2009/50 MILLION$+ AND THEY ARE ON TRACK TO DO 300 MILLION$+- IN 2010.That would be for 2010 approx 12$ a share in profit base on 300 million$ and a 20% profit margin=60 million$.I don't even have dicon tech # included.This stock is so undervalued right now.glta
