On a fast read, and for the first time, I did not detect the reporter's bias against BCND that was so obvious in prior articles. Bottom line, we found out about the meeting the 28th.
Something along the same lines have been posted in past news articles. The reporter had a hard on for BCND and stated that the conductor of the train was worried about the cooling stacks falling on the tracks. It turned out that the reporter was an idiot and I believed he was slapped on the wrist.
