Well he says they are going to pay for it by cleaning up waste elsewhere IE Medicare LOL... When has the government ever been able to do this? And at that if they are going to clean up Medicare why not push that through now (first)?
I listened to it last night and like you I think he can prompt a good speech but when it comes down to how things actually work in the real world he is clueless. He just does not get the whole money aspect of anything...

Extelecom...I was told "not to worry about" how Obama will pay for this because the Dems always pay for their programs....I think what Tinner meant to say is that we "the taxpayers" always pay for the Dems programs.
