Right - nothing they could do other than take him out from where he was and where he was was not on National TV. They certainly did not have to take him from where he was which was announced on his schedule for all to see including enemies. And they certainly didn't have to move him from there pronto as even they couldn't fathom that our enemies might attack him right? And of course there were presidential decisions to be made but Cheney was making them - ho ho
Another clue - when you don't know who or what the enemy is planning it might make a little sense to get the President out of harms way.
