I don't trust those pinky "buyout" PR's. If they are true, why would there be a billion shares being sold at 10X LESS???!! Also - buyout offers are considered insider information until ALL of the legal stuff has been gone through and approved - or else it could prematurely affect the PPS (Like here, IMO). Probably good for a quick 20-40%, though.
