OT lol I had my computer die on Sunday. Last few days have been spent buying and setting up a new one. Good thing laptops have sure come down in price. I think your post is 100% on target about this r/s. I have not seen them announced 2 weeks in advance either. Usually like you wrote no warning and just happens.

OldTymer, you're wrong--The R/S will stand, companies think long and hard before announcing a R/S because they know the pps will tank--trading OTC for 11 years now,I've only seen ONE or TWO companies, that cancelled their R/S decision,and I've seen hundreds of reverse-splits.
