Help you assume dtcc will follow rules. Rules are great but onky when they are enforced. Sorry I see nothing to stop them from one day if they do r/s just changing our accounts to lower share count and new symbol since still otcbb stock. We will see my bet is we do not even see a r/s. They terminate it.
