Cover before the r/s or they get exposed, plain and simple. I was reading elsewhere the requirement for covering naked shares are 35 days, spng is on its 32nd day and the 10k comes out day number 36, not sure if it is a coincidence. Follow that up with a forced accounting of shares and it sounds pretty to me. I honestly don't think our shares will ever get touched with the split, we would have sold on the squeeze well before then. IMO
