Coach,,, I understand that we have no need to file for the Claims portion but what about the Guarantee portion of these securities? Do we need to do anything regarding that?

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- The Financial Services Authority, or FSA, and Financial Ombudsman Service said Friday that they will will be taking action against firms after they have conducted their review of Lehman-Backed Structured Products.
MAIN FACTS:
-The FSA will report back on the outcomes of its review in more detail in October but confirms that it will be taking action against firms as a result of the findings of the review.
