#33214 RE: RDG013 #33213

I have been screaming for months about this stock being manipulated. The post I made a couple weeks ago (which was deleted) addressed how (and sometimes why) they do it. It has never acted right and is way below what it should be. I own other mining stock, and by comparison, it is ridiculous. Every time it tries to crawl up above a penny, shares from nowhere come in and take the bid price and then a lower ask follows.

It is curious to me that our neighbor Raser leased property from us to explore. And if you lay their chart over CPRK's, they both fell 50% at the same time for no apparent reason last spring. Raser has had many great PR's and appears to be a great company but can't pull itself up. I wonder if someone wants the property they leased from CPRK along with the property CPRK has. I wonder who this could be? I would pay a NICKEL (pure or otherwise) to find out who would want these two companies to go under by manipulating the pps with naked (counterfeit)shares.........

Also makes you wonder why they got a new agent........ did the old one quit, or did someone find out something bad?

CPRK has been on the 'failed to deliver' list for weeks..........

As I have said before, all the great PR's in the world won't let this pps rise until we find out what is going on..........

I just spoke with the TA and was told that they felt the problem was that CPRK wanted to use the Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC) electronic method but the DTC allows no pink sheet company to use DWAC. The TA thinks Scottrade is confused.

I was also told the TA is not aware of Scottrade attempting to contact them.

The current share structure is 4,067,437,656 Outstanding. The float increased by 12mm to 1,619,186,460.

If the company was so bent on messing over the shareholders as a few would have us believe, I doubt they would care if the shares were restricted or free trading, yet they're keeping the float at a manageable number, imo.
