Wondering about the 10K ...no need for a divy now if an accounting of the shares will happen with cusip change on R/S. Nobody is clear if that will cause a squeeze or not.
Share structure is subject to wild changes due to a R/S. So that won't be the game changer now. All I think we would have in the 10K is a notice that we have partnered with Lysol maybe. We could get an 8k on that one.
What else do you expect to see in the 10K that will significantly increase the pps? I hope there is something big that I haven't thought of.

Sure wish you were right Deb, but in the past that hasn't effected any change. There is an element at work here that preys on emotion and I'm convinced it's not NSS. I firmly believe whatever NSS has been or is now present has always been at the mercy of those that have surgically precise control of the direction our SP takes. A historical look at the SP will reflect that when the board is buzzing with warm fuzzy feelings, down she goes. When we get a good PR, down she goes. Qs and Ks have been the same. Sure, we get a bit of a temporary spike from some of them, but then "they" take it down again. Psychological warfare against human frailty. For now we see through a glass darkly, but in the end what's been hidden in the darkness will be shown in the light. Subpoena Duces Tecum runs on 100 watts!
