In the long term (post MOASS, if that occurs; post R/S; post 10-K, etc) the SPNG stock price will be determined by the number of outstanding shares, the earnings, the earnings growth, and the p/e multiple for the industry. There will be other factors, to be sure. But those factors listed above are the main ones. IMO, of course.
¶ the PPS after is going to be ridiculous and i have to imagine it'll drop like a rock.... UNLESS the 10K can illustrate what is really going on.
Brisco...the split is 1 share for every 100 shares you own...not the other way around.....you would need the share price to open at 15 dollars to have the same dollars in your account that you currently have after the split...15 cents x 100 shares = $15.00.....the pps will not run to a dollar.....I am only trying to clarify the split for you....I am not in any way bashing SPNG or their management team.....JMHO
