Robert, It comes down to trust. And shareholders believed that there wasn't going to be a reverse split. There will be sellers. No one likes reverse splits.

Yes it was-but a reverse split of 100 to 1. Why not 20 0r even 30 to 1. Wouldnt this get us to uplisting level. Makes no sense to go to these extremes.

rdailey or anyone: After an hour or 2 of panic this morning, I agree rdailey we are not missing anything. New CUSIP # in connection with exchange of shares.

This would have to cause a covering because after 9/22 the shorts air shares will no longer be effective as they have an old CUSIP #? Q: Am I missing something here? Anyone please feel free to reply. Spino
