These people are in this to make money. IMO something is not right about giving back shares. Was there an investigation pending based on how he obtained those shares? I don't believe he was just a good guy. I bought in based on future contracts which I thought would be announced after the forward split. Where are they? There are a lot of companies selling the same products. When greed sets in bad things happen. Nothing wrong with taking a little profit off the table. Good luck to everyone.
