4Q - i would love to help, but i also don't want what i say to affect anyone's investment decisions. i am willing to talk about whatever i hear, and explain why it is that i may do what i do, but i would hate to have someone follow my lead and then not get a payout, etc.
sad as it is, i think we're all pretty much on our own here.
now, on the other hand, who's to say we can't all still make a mint flipping these stocks, regardless of what the final payout may be, and whether or not we filed for it. and what happens if i go to all the trouble to file a claim and then take profits on my position when the stock spikes on some news? have i then voided a "guarantee"? something tells me this situation will not be set up to favor the short term traders. jmho.
