You can say anything you want about anything. I'm certainly not going to stop anyone from making a fool of themselves.
I do find it curious that people are now complaining that he was going to make a political speech but when one looks at the speeches of both Raygun and daddy Bush they did make political speeches to children.
One can't prove a negative but one can certainly look at people who makes fools of themselves and seem to do it continually.
