I thought this one interesting and of consideration. I think may have some merit for missed dividend guarantees. Ohmymookies was filing both the paper forms and online checking the guarantees box. Anyone else doing this?

No, you are REQUIRED to submit the paper and the web form if you are invoking the guarantee, which you are. (Did you check the box on the claim form that you were basing it on a guarantee? If not, then file an AMENDED claim form by writing the word AMENDED on said form and resubmitting it). https://www.lehman-claims.com/
