in email/telephone responses, SPNG management has said that a r/s is the "last resort". it's not impossible folks. improbable yes. bad for most companies, yes. but impossible no. you can't be surprised by anything these days.
I'm looking forward to the possibility of the company purchasing the entire float and then asking the SEC why they have so many shareholders with no shares in existance. This is how VW squeezed the shorts and it would be great if spng did the same!
