Most of the indicators suggest that the decreasing trend has stabilized, however, I would remain cautious and observe for a possible gap down, which would suggest a possible further decrease, during Tuesday's session.
Quite frankly, I intend to wait until the %B passed the 0.15 level, and quite possibly until it reaches the 0.20 level. The situation remains relatively perplexing and difficult to infer from.
As I stated within my previous response, the decreasing trend could be protracted an additional 2-3 days.
