FRP was $10 this time last year and $20 this time two years ago. It's been beaten down and continues to get beaten down. But, buyers are stepping in now so it's just a matter of time when it pops again. I'm like you. I don't want to chase it and have to watch it like a hawk. I'm just sitting on it and waiting. In fact, I already have my sell in.
