Some shares get more than one vote. A LOT more than one. These shares are owned by the insiders, and are used to maintain ownership and control of the company despite the issuance of hundreds of millions of common shares. I suggest that you look up the provisions regarding the preferred shares of SPNG that are held by the insiders before saying much else on the matter.
