Scottrade has a NO BUY/SELL ONLY restriction for BBDA imposed by the DTC. This usually happens when there's a large spike in the PPS where the share price falls down to where it was before. It happened to SPNG when it hit .30 and fell back down to .07

The restriction can be overridden with a call to your broker who can then place the order for you on the spot.
