This company may be none reporting on a current basis, but it is not dead. Compared to the many others that have gone from .0001 to a nickel. This company as recent as 2007 had over one million in sales, etc. The report was submitted as recent as August 2008. No reverse split either.

Here look for yourself below. I was told that "pennychasers.com" or the likes is accumulating this one for the biggest move of the year. After all only 1.5 billion shares out there.
