I don't think the numbers match up though on that for today...if they spent $1,332,000, even if you used .191 as the cost average for today....that only comes out to roughly 7 million shares, not 14 million shares. Still 7 million ain't bad.
Maybe they bought or sold some other securities today?
Are these buyback dates (the 5th) binding agreements? Does SPNG legally have to stop buying back by today (until another buyback agreement) or is all of this just a formality?
