No you misunderstood me (and the original poster whos question i answered)

The issue is if a CEO is allowed to announce the release of a PR, without disclosing any information of that, soon to be released PR.

i know nothing of what this PR is about or contains... only that one may hit the wires next week. if the stock price skyrockets as a result, it wouldn't effect me in any way since i was not privy to its contents and am not buying shares as a result... i own what i own and i'll wait for something or nothing to happen. i don't think that breaks any laws.

Thanks for clarification. I could use the BW's announcement and busy tons of shares before the PR comes. I am privilged here then in IHUB coz i have the info about upcoming release. Other shareholder not using IHUB would be the losers.

is there any professional step in this construct called Bebida ?
