cash ever think he is investing in the future? He has an agreement with spongetech to use "Americas Cleaning Company"
He plans to start a cleaning Company. Don't you think the service they provide would do well by him?

cashdenuts so if he gave 4 millions shares and the reason you know about it becuase he had to file with the sec stands to reason he would have to do the same for spng if they gave 4 million or more to someone. Think a little before you post.

I interpreted it differently, but I may be wrong. I thought it said that the "investors" gave $1M to Vanity in exchange for the 4M shares. Vanity will in turn give the $1M to Getfugu.

Isn't that what the 8k implies?
