They are without a doubt the laughing stock of biotech. Did they really think investors wouldn’t be able to distinguish between (conditional) approval to run an expanded-access trial and (conditional) approval of the product for marketing?
CYBX....someone should have had a stun-gun set on the CEO everytime he blared 'despicable' on the CC, you know the one, the one where he went out of control and berated the FDA into oblivion when they got the rejection letter! I can't believe they are now spinning a conditional approval. Heck, I'm surprised the FDA is even willing to speak with those folks. Ahhhhh, the soap continues. I've seen strange things happen in biotechs, but this is one of the strangest. It's quite amusing actually.
