Grande25, did you see this? You asked, "Please clue me in because I'm missing it or something."
Zenergy did three things in the last three years while it was private. What was Mr. Luiten and Zenergy thinking? Mr. Luiten should clarify the company’s early mis-steps under his leadership. If Mr. Luiten had a plan all along, what were these false steps about?
1. Mr. Luiten's Zenergy entered into a relationship with Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (BLDV). Blue Diamond welcomed Zenergy in a PR, but later seemed to complain that Mr. Luiten never showed up. It would be good for Mr. Luiten to explain what he was thinking getting involved with BLDV.

”I very much look forward to providing my expertise and serving as a biofuels trading partner with Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., until the company begins its own production,” said Luiten, now CEO of Zenergy International, and formerly chief operating officer of INEOS Phenol, a division of INEOS Americas LLC.
“We welcome Mr. Luiten’s expertise,” said Blue Diamond Ventures CEO John Quincey Moaning. “Our main objective is to increase shareholder value and quickly expand our industry presence.” Blue Diamond Ventures is currently in discussions with several biodiesel and ethanol companies about acquiring an equity position. The company will soon provide an update about its biofuels initiatives in Central America and the Caribbean.
But later the tone changed to complaint.
“Blue Diamond stock has struggled to take off due to a total lack of news. Only one press release was issued at the beginning of August with no follow up. The Green Baron Report is trying to garner more information for our members and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information. Our understanding was that former INEOS executive Robert Luiten would assist the Company in developing a biofuels trading division. We are anxiously awaiting more information as to why this announcement was made at the beginning of August. “
2. Zenergy got listed with ChemConnect – a biofuel trading board. Seems a mis-step because Zenergy has never had any biofuel to list there. ChemConnect was later sold. Don’t know if Zenergy is still listed. Perhaps Mr. Luiten can clarify.
PR Date:
Zenergy International, Inc. Approved to Trade With ChemConnect

3. Then there is the “partnership: with Encore Energy Systems (ENCS). Nothing further was ever PRd about this venture and it has been stated here that the deal was “nixed”. Again, Mr. Luiten should clarify Zenergy’s reason for non-performance,
