I find many names used in pinksheets. Ive seen PR's about entertainment companies in talks with "Billy Joel and Elton john" for concert management. To make a long story short, I find Luiten/Zenergy and his credentials a victim of this same sort of forward looking statements.
What I want to know is the revenue from the non-public companies that used Zenergy's consulting for optimizing plant output. Something kept the candle burning for three years as a private company. I guess we will know when Lawyers/accountants are finished with the financials and filings.
IR said 1-3 weeks and that was 2 weeks ago. Last PR was about a law firm. That is last step after financials are complete. A Law Firm submits and signs off on them.
