I would forward that spam e-mail to the SEC at enforcement@sec.gov . It does make a difference. The SEC requests that you send investment related spam to them. http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml
Mr. Curtis and Mr. Glusic are swindlers who make their living taking money from unsuspecting investors. The more that concerned citizens report, the more likely it will be that Mr. Curtis and Mr. Glusic will be prosecuted for their crimes. What they are doing is very literally securities fraud.
