These two operators, along with the help of the courts, have effectively put USGA in a legal box to be stored in a closet some where until that time when the present pending legal challenges are settled. These carryin-ons are an example of why any litigation takes years to finalize, if ever ! Mean while, these corporate managers are being paid - - bummer! JMHO
