I have seen this before: The market makers will only now show up when they move. Since they were not showing up before or at open, they will not how up unless they move there bids or asks, etrade and nite has moved around already... thus they are now showing... etc... boy this will make today very odd... lolzzz... weeeeeeeeeee - or maybe they will start showing even if they do not move, that sometimes happens as well... but wow what a pain.
