You're right about the much higher part, I believe that is because the general public is waiting. There is a well deserved reticence about investing in the pennies, most of them do not work out. The majority needs to see an example of bona fides and solid sustainability before investing. They will soon enough.
And you did say PRed revenue, and I must point out that PRed revenue is not actual revenue until that 10k and 10q says it is, and therefore not be seriously considered as any kind of fundamental indicator. Too many people have been burned on PRs from too many companies in the past, that's why the really big money is made by those of us who are willing to do actual research and risk our money on what can only be described as the ground floor.
We got ourselves a big winner in this one though I very strongly believe.
